Want to look beyond five broad personality scores and see which patterns sit underneath them? The Big Five Facets Workbook lets you rate ten statements for each of the thirty facets, calculate a score from 10 to 50, and mark the result on a hand-drawn profile chart. Its five domains cover Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness, with six facets in each. The score bands divide the possible range descriptively; they do not compare you with other people.
The 57-page pack is arranged as separate PDF files in both A4 and US Letter. The 31-page Measures file contains all 30 facet scales, scoring instructions, and a worked example, including how to reverse items marked (R). The 8-page Worksheets file adds a full profile chart and five domain reflections. Four Tracker pages include a re-test grid, score-history chart, and weekly log; the two-page Quick Reference includes the facet list and a fridge card. A four-page Reading Guide explains what scores can and cannot say, alongside a three-page professional guide and one-page credits and references.
Use the six-week path to complete one domain cluster at a time, or begin with one facet in a short sitting. Return to the reflections to note what fits your experience, and use the repeatable trackers if you choose to revisit scores later. You finish with a personal profile map, written observations about the five domains, and a record you can bring to a conversation with a counselor or other professional. Print only the pages you need; tracker and reflection pages can be reused for your own self-reflection.
What you get

What it is not
For educational self-reflection only; it is not a diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Items are credited to Lewis R. Goldberg and colleagues through the public-domain International Personality Item Pool; professional buyers may print pages for their own clients, but may not resell or redistribute them.
Questions people ask
Is the Big Five instrument free, and what am I paying for?
The pack credits the International Personality Item Pool items as public domain. The purchase is for the compiled printable workbook: facet scales, scoring guidance, worksheets, trackers, reference pages, and guides. Personal printing and reuse are allowed; professional buyers may print pages for their own clients.
How do I score the Big Five facet scales?
Rate each of the ten statements from 1 to 5, reverse any item marked (R) by subtracting your response from 6, then add the responses. Each facet total runs from 10 to 50. The four bands are descriptive divisions of that range, not population norms.
Can I print the workbook on A4 or US Letter paper?
Yes. The files are provided as printable PDFs in both A4 and US Letter sizes. The Start Here pages suggest printing the Measures file one cluster at a time, or selecting only the pages you want to use. Trackers and other repeatable pages can be printed again for personal use.
